Steven Tobolski is a strategic, hands-on leader with professional operations experience. A proven on-site and off-site task manager with a balance of daily objectives and developing strategy for future projects. With a degree in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University and developing skill set, Steven administers and ensures completion of any task at hand. Growing up in Vineland encouraged Steven to be a part of the community as an adult, he is enthusiastic about bringing his services to a place he has always called home. When the day is done, Steven enjoys spending time at home with his girlfriend and dog or hitting the course for a round of relaxing golf

Philo Chris Chapman is an educated and experienced professional with a background in financial management and real estate development. He has held executive positions in several corporations, including Philos Development, Chapman Manufactured Housing, Pine Grove Farms, and Vineland Housing Development Corporation, as well as Vineland Housing Solutions. In addition to his corporate roles, he has also served as a commissioner on the City of Vineland Housing Authority, held positions as a drafter and surveyor at Bertino Engineering, and worked as a planning coordinator at Sheltered Cove Marina. Philo Chapman holds various licenses, including those in public water distribution and treatment, real estate sales, community management, construction, and banking, He received a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering Science with a concentration in Financial Management from Drexel University and holds T-1 and W-1 operator licenses from Salem Community College.
